YOGA & Expressive Painting
with Erin Fleming and Melissa Manson

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

This retreat, led in the beautiful Mexican Riviera, will inspire each person to unleash their personal expression through Yoga and painting. In this supportive environment we will explore the balance of Yin and Yang in movement and wth creative painting techniques. We'll begin each morning with a two hour yoga practice with Erin and in the afternoon we'll break out the paints with guided studio time led by Melissa! Evenings will be free to explore the nearby village of Old Vallarta. We'll be staying in a charming beachfront boutique hotel with two pools, a heated jacuzzi and a full staff. Cost covers five nights accommodation, welcome dinner, breakfasts and lunches daily and a farewell dinner. There will be a minimal painting materials cost.No previous yoga experience or artistic talent required. All levels welcome. Space is limited.
Cost: $1395 double occupancy (airfare not included)
